At just 24, Rachel Goenka embarked on her entrepreneurial journey, driven by a passion for food and a bold, sassy approach to hospitality. With a double degree in Journalism and English from Penn State, she transitioned from media to the culinary world, training at Ballymaloe Cookery School and Le Cordon Bleu. Today, she leads a thriving portfolio of 15+ outlets and two central kitchens across Mumbai and Pune. Her debut book, Adventures with Mithai, won the Gourmand World Cookbook Award 2020 for the World’s Best Patisserie Book. Rachel firmly believes that employees are the key ingredient to any successful business.
